West Fork Pasayten Trail is a hiking and horse trail in Whatcom County and Okanogan County, Washington. It is within Pasayten Wilderness Area and Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. It is 14.1 miles long and begins at 4,795 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 28.5 miles with a total elevation gain of 4,163 feet.
