East Fork of the Lewis River Trail is a hiking and biking trail in Clark County, Washington. It is within Moulton Falls Regional Park. It is 2.8 miles long and begins at 526 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 5.5 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,000 feet. The Hantwick Road Trailhead parking is near the trailhead. There are also drinking water and a waste basket. The Moulton Falls and Moulton Falls woods can be seen along the trail. There are also bare rocks, a viewpoint, a shingle, and parking along the trail.
