Knothead Trail is a hiking trail in Spokane County, Washington. It is within Van Horn Edburg-Bass Conservation Area and Little Spokane Natural Area. It is 5.2 miles long and begins at 1,576 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 9.0 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,998 feet. The 1 and 10 information markers and the Indian Painted Rocks Trailhead parking are near the trailhead. There are also information maps, a waste basket, restrooms, and an information board. Along the trail there is a bench.
