Dry Creek

Dry Creek Professional Review and Guide

"This forested valley provides plenty of opportunities to experience the forest ecosystem. Black-tailed deer and elk move through this valley, descending along the creek to the shores of Lake Cushman, while smaller critters scurry around the creek shores.

Hikers have encountered raccoons, possums, beavers, weasels, martens, and coyotes, as well as cougars and bobcats, in this valley. Keep the dog close and quiet, and he’ll help you see these critters as you hike this lightly used trail."
