Port Gamble Trails

Port Gamble Trails Professional Review and Guide

"Run or hike on more than 60 miles of trails and woods roads traversing more than 3800 acres of timberlands bordering an historic logging community (see sidebar “Puget Sound’s New England Village”).

The Port Gamble Trails are currently the focus of a major conservation initiative to permanently protect this forested block from development, with great potential for a well-planned trail network. But in the meantime, have fun exploring the mishmash of logging roads and user-built routes throughout the forest."
