Brooks Memorial State Park

Brooks Memorial State Park Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This forested, 700-acre park memorializes an area citizen, Nelson R. Brooks, who became a local celebrity for his efforts to help build an excellent local road system.

There are 9 miles of equestrian trails. The hiking is good too; there are 9 miles of hiking trails along the Little Klickitat River and up through ponderosa pine/Oregon white oak forests. At the top are panoramic views of Mount Hood."
