Silver Fir

Silver Fir Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This campground is mostly known as a day-use area for cross-country skiers in winter, but in summer it is a very pleasant wooded campground on the North Fork Nooksack River. Galena Creek feeds into the river nearby.

Silver Fir is on the Mount Baker Scenic Byway, which continues on to the Mount Baker Ski Area and beyond to Artist Point. The road is paved the whole way, and there are some major trailheads at the end of it."
