Douglas Fir

Douglas Fir Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This little forested campground sits right on the North Fork Nooksack River a few miles from a spot where bald eagles congregate to feed on the salmon that migrate upriver in the fall to spawn. The rushing waters are a bit noisy, but a lot of campers like it that way.

The Mount Baker Ski Area is about 15 miles up the highway, and the town of Glacier has a couple of very good restaurants."
