Index Town Wall Trail Professional Reviews and Guides
"Explore a former quarry site turned rock climbing area on this short hike. The trickiest part of the hike is getting to the trailhead. A large parking area is 0.5 mile outside of town to the west. There are a number of names for the road leading to the lot, and depending on your map it might be noted as “Ave A,” “Old Gold Bar-Index Road,” or “Reiter Road.” The trail is fairly straightforward once you’re on it.
This hike travels through areas frequented by rock climbers. Be aware that climbers could be above or below you, and exercise caution."
