Jetty Island Trail

Jetty Island Trail Professional Review and Guide

"A magical small island dredged up more than a century ago from Everett’s harbor and framed by piles of jetty rock lies in Port Gardner Bay across from the mouth of the Snohomish River. It is accessible by foot ferry in summer months only.

Children can ride across in five minutes to a wild beach with birds and driftwood and sand to play in. The ferry runs about every half-hour from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Saturday and 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Sunday. Or you can paddle a kayak or canoe to the island year round. The ferry lands on the south end, so to be alone, paddle to the north end instead."
