Saltwater State Park

Saltwater State Park Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Because of the unusual underwater park, which features a sunken barge and a tire reef, this campground is a favorite of scuba divers.

On shore, the park covers 90 acres, including 0.25 mile of shoreline and 150 feet of unguarded beach halfway between Tacoma and Seattle. There are 2 miles of hiking trails, with some good views of the Olympic Mountains and the islands in Puget Sound."
