Bamber Creek - Trout Creek

Bamber Creek - Trout Creek Professional Review and Guide

"This gentle forest-lover’s journey climbs about 2,000 feet, providing views of the beautiful Kettle River valley. The roadbed is primarily gravel, with a stretch of two-track native dirt.

Bamber Creek Road is paved to the conservation center, then becomes gravel as it begins the long climb into the forested mountains. About 2.8 miles from West Kettle River Road you’ll have a terrific vista across the river valley far below. In another mile the road enters the national forest, where its number changes to 800. A mile more, and it diminishes to a dirt two-track."
