Kachess Campground

Kachess Campground Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This 92-acre campground is immense by forest service standards, and it was certainly well planned with spacious sites. It is very popular with families and with boaters too. Kachess Lake is 10 miles long.

Things quiet down by the end of August, and that is also a good time for hiking the many trails in the area. The Alpine Lakes Wilderness is 4 miles northeast of camp via FR 4948."
