Kepple Lake

Kepple Lake Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The trails at Kepple Lake consist of two short lollipop loops with a couple of very short side trips. The trailheads for the two loops are only 0.3 mile apart, close enough together that it’s easy to walk between them and take in both hikes without moving your car. Waterfowl watching is one of the main attractions of this hike.

If you happen to see a moose on this hike or any other hike, give it plenty of space, at least 100 yards. Even that may not be enough in some cases. Moose are unpredictable and potentially very dangerous."
