Alta Lake State Park Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This 181-acre state park is situated in a pine forest at the eastern edge of the Okanogan–Wenatchee National Forest. It offers most of the usual amenities as well as 300 feet of beach and a 0.6-mile hiking trail.

There is even a golf course nearby. Lake Chelan with its many activities is 30 minutes away. Alta Lake was damaged by the 2014 fires, but has since been mostly repaired and is now open."
