Bridgeport State Park

Bridgeport State Park Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"The 800-acre park features 4 miles of hiking trails, 7,500 feet of waterfront, and a sandy swimming beach on Rufus Woods Lake, which is actually a section of the Columbia River.

The campground is grassy, shady, and very relaxing. There is an adjacent eighteen-hole golf course, clubhouse, and snack bar. A 0.25-mile trail leads to an observation point from where you can look down on the water. Keep an eye out for rattlesnakes."
