Blanchard Hill

Blanchard Hill Professional Review and Guide

"Blanchard Hill rises from the Skagit and Samish Valleys on the southern edge of the Chuckanut Mountain ridge. The trails are well marked and maintained. With a high elevation of 2100 feet, this is a year-round trail.

The terrain is hilly but not too steep or technical, making it a good trail for beginners and a fast trail for the more advanced trail runner. There are good views from the trail, second-growth forest to enjoy, and the lakes make a nice destination point. Combine this with easy access from Interstate 5 and ample parking, and it makes for a lovely half-day excursion from Seattle."
