Tahuya Ramble

Tahuya Ramble Professional Review and Guide

"The perfect course for beginner and intermediate riders, the Tahuya Ramble offers a maze of singletrack with plenty of options to lengthen or shorten the ride. Come prepared to get wet, especially in the spring, fall, and winter when puddles occasionally cover the entire trail.

Also beware of the sand because combined with the watery nature of this ride, you can end up with grit in and on everything by the end of the ride."

This trail is mostly flat, with rolling ups and downs that are criss-crossed by a network by motorcycle and ATV trails. If there has been any rain in the past few weeks, expect muddy conditions. Some people love this type of riding, but it's not for me. I'd rather find a mountain to climb and then enjoy a long, technical decent. But if you are new to mountain biking, these conditions are good for skills building. But if you already have skills, go someplace else.
