High Lakes Trail

High Lakes Trail Professional Review and Guide

"This short loop offers a great view of the Tatoosh Range and Reflection Lakes. This is an easy day hike that explores the area around Reflection Lakes, possibly the most photographed spot on Mount Rainier.

Aptly named, on a clear day you can see the entire mountain mirrored in the still waters of Reflection Lakes. The High Lakes Trail leaves the lakeside and follows Mazama Ridge, gaining just enough elevation to afford a view of the Tatoosh Range."
