Sugarbush Valley, Plymouth, Ludlow, Weston, & Jamaica, VT Professional Review and Guide

"Route 100 is perhaps the most famous road in Vermont. It stretches all the way from Lake Mempremagog on the Canadian border to the Massachusetts border, following the spine of the Green Mountains much of the way. It’s a great road to drive—almost an inventory of Vermont terrain—and you won’t go far south before you come to a major ski resort. “Sugarbush Valley” is the generic name for the Waitsfield/Warren region. Sugarbush ski area, like Killington, is a compound resort; Sugarbush South Basin and Mount Ellen are now connected.

The vertical drop is 2,600 feet. One hundred and fifteen trails flow from six interconnected areas, served by eighteen lifts and covering 468 skiable acres with 61 percent snowmaking coverage. Finally, you'll visit Jamaica, where white-water canoe and kayak championships are held each spring. This eTrail contains everything you need to getaway for a quick daytrip or a long weekend jaunt. A route map is included and as are suggestions for the best things to do, places to eat, and places to stay."
