Killington Peak Trail

Killington Peak Trail Professional Review and Guide

"Killington Peak is the second highest mountain in Vermont. It is the highest of the six peaks that make up Killington Resort. Best known for skiing in the winter, the resort encourages hiking up its ski-trails and publishes a trail map for hikers, with ten self-guided interpretive hikes across five of the six peaks.

However, you are more likely to have a true wilderness experience with your dog on the opposite side of the mountain via the Bucklin Trail (blue blazes), a traditional hiking trail."
