Styles Peak Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Because it is sandwiched between more- popular destinations (Griffith Lake and Little Rock Pond to the north, and Prospect Rock and Stratton Mountain to the south), Styles Peak is often overlooked as a day-hike destination.

You have to drive 4 miles on a dirt-and-gravel road to reach the trailhead, but the ascent to the top is quick and the view worthwhile. Looking almost due north from the summit, you will see Peru Peak nearby, with other Green Mountain summits lining up behind it. Far to the east are the mountains of southern New Hampshire, while to the south is Bromley Mountain and the ridgelines of southern Vermont."
