"This walk leads you through the streets of the colonial capital. You will see where early Americans lived, shopped, worshipped, and enacted laws to govern the English colony and later the American state.

It was a nice walk. See the movie at the Visitor's Center and buy a Day Pass so that you can enter the buildings.

Excellent directions for this trail except at the start (take the well marked pedestrian overpass from the visitors center and follow the rest of the directions). We brought a two day pass for viewing the village, but would have done better just using the trail guide on day one to get an overview of the village. No entry fee is required to walk through the area and some of the buildings as noted in the guide did not require an entry badge. After the first day using the guide we had a very good idea of the "lay of the land" and were able to plan a full day the second day going to the sites we decided were at the top of our list. Well done. Are their "Trail Guides" for other historic locations?
