Fairy Stone State Park Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Fairy Stone Park is one of the largest parks in the state, spread across 4,500 acres of wooded splendor. The park gets its unique name from the small stone structures found in the park.
The lake is stocked with fish, such as pan, which are easy for anyone to catch, so it’s a great place to teach a child how to fish. The park has two trail systems, the Stuarts Knob trail system and the Little Mountain Trail system. There are 9 miles of mostly multiuse trails for hiking, bike riding, and horseback riding, and additional miles for just walking. To cool off afterward, go to the swimming beach"
