"This park is located on the James River, where it creates Cobham Bay, and is recognized as one of the oldest working farms in the country, having been in existence since 1617.
You can fish in the river, but you must have a Virginia fishing license. The park offers canoe trips, including instruction, during which you can tour Lower Chippokes Creek. The Olympic-size swimming pool has free admittance for campers. There are two campgrounds within the park, with campground A having sites that offer more shade. RV friendly up to 30 feet in campground A; larger vehicles can be accommodated in campground B."
