Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Situated alongside Lake Anna, a man-made lake that is used as a coolant for the local nuclear facility. Boating and fishing are available in this extensive body of water that covers 13,000 acres; there is a convenient boat launch near the campground.

There’s a swimming area with lifeguards on duty, a play area for kids, and a bathhouse just off the beach. Choose from eleven trails to hike, bike, or ride a horse: There are more than 15 miles to explore, 12 of which are multiuse. Fishing is popular with largemouth bass and crappies available."
