Voorhees Nature Preserve

Voorhees Nature Preserve Professional Review and Guide

"A visit to Voorhees Nature Preserve entails a visit to Westmoreland Berry Farm. So why not pick a bushel of strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries to snack on en route? Pause for a repast at the hike’s turnaround overlook, and a bald eagle may swoop by to inspect your picnic. Or you can dine al fresco at the farm store, watching the resident goats traverse their wooden trapeze.

Owned by the nonprofit Nature Conservancy, Voorhees Nature Preserve is accessible only through the privately owned Westmoreland Berry Farm. Guests are asked to register their visit in a trail log at the farm store, where seasonal produce and homemade desserts are sold most of the year."
