Virginia Capital Trail

Virginia Capital Trail Professional Review and Guide

"A longtime dream of bikers and hikers in eastern Virginia, Virginia Capital Trail is today becoming a reality thanks to coordination between citizens, tourism officials, the Virginia Department of Transportation, and local governments along the route.

When complete it will stretch from the Colonial capital, Williamsburg, to the current capital, Richmond. As of this writing just over 7 miles are open, but more trail miles are slated to open along the wooded VA 5 in the near future."
