Woodruff Reservoir

Woodruff Reservoir Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Facilities are limited at this remote little Rich County reservoir. Expect drawdowns in the late summer to impact the fishing. While there is no boat ramp, it is possible to launch small boats or canoes.

The DWR is currently managing the reservoir as a self-sustaining cutthroat trout fishery. During the spring, use bright-colored spinners or wet flies near the stream inlets. In the summer, cast Jake’s Spin-a-lure or Maisie spoons in
open water.

Key Species: Cutthroat trout."
