Clear Creek Campground Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"How many national forests are there in Utah? Five? Wrong. Six? Nope. Try seven. Avid outdoorsmen could probably rattle off the first five: Ashley, Dixie, Fishlake, Manti– La Sal, and Uinta-Wasatch-Cache. But Caribou-Targhee and Sawtooth? Yep. And Sawtooth holds one of Utah’s sweet little treasures—Clear Creek Campground.
Like an island surrounded by a sea of unremarkable countryside, the Raft River Mountain Range in Sawtooth National Forest is all alone in northwestern Utah. If being all alone doesn’t sound so bad, then make Clear Creek Campground the top priority on your to-camp list. Solitude exists in spades in this cozy little campground."
