Peak 10,420 Area Professional Review and Guide

"The highest drivable trailhead in Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon, this is a nice, scenic place to go for partial days and/or when rain/snow lines are high or when south-east flow has been favoring Brighton and Park City.

It’s also good when avalanche danger is considerable or higher, because you can go up and down a ridge. Expect
snowmobile traffic in the area, especially on sunny weekends. The Peak 10,420 area is also popular with side-country touring parties coming from Great Western Lift at Brighton Ski Resort."
