Pa’rus Trail Professional Review and Guide
"The Pa’rus Trail is an easy wheelchair-accessible hike along the Virgin River in Zion National Park. The only dog-friendly trail within the park offers spectacular views of the towering red and white walls of Zion Canyon. The busy hike also serves as a popular bicycle route. If you need to explore the park without your dog, consider leaving him at the Doggy Dude Ranch ( 772-3105) or one of the pet-friendly hotels just outside the park in Rockville. Never leave your dog alone in the car—the heat can reach more than 120 degrees in the shade."
