Jordan River

Jordan River Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This river flows 37 miles through the Salt Lake Valley from Utah Lake to the Great Salt Lake. It is named after the biblical river that flowed from a freshwater to saltwater lake. Once one of the more polluted waters in the state, it is slowly turning into an urban gem.

Many parts of an urban parkway have been completed, with paths along the entire river. There are places to park, docks for canoes, and park-like amenities along the route."
