Redmond Lake Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Redmond Lake is southwest of the town of Redmond. A small ramp serves this low-elevation reservoir. It is not uncommon to see a dozen or more people fishing for northerns on nice winter days.
Fishing during the warmer months is for catfish and largemouth bass. The catfish are caught with night crawlers, cut bait, and stink bait fished on the bottom. A few largemouth are caught in the spring near the warm springs or the flooded brush with spinnerbaits, jig-n-pigs, and weedless rubber worms or lizards.
Key Species: Largemouth bass, northern pike, and catfish."
