Yankee Meadow Reservoir

Yankee Meadow Reservoir Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"Welcome to Utah, the second-driest state in the nation. Now grab a rod and hit the water, because despite its lack of precipitation, the Beehive State offers an incredible amount of angling opportunity. Fisheries were serendipitously created all over the state as Utahns built reservoirs to store precious water.

Popular with locals, Yankee Meadow produces some nice rainbows. Power Bait and worms work well from shore. Float tubers do well stripping in woolly buggers and scuds.

Key Species: Rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, and brook trout."
