Indian Spring Trail Professional Review and Guide
"If you want to see Joshua trees and plenty of them in a rugged desert setting, then this is your trail! The meandering trail skirts the western edge of the Beaver Dam Mountains, running across the alluvial fan that slopes down to the Beaver Dam Wash.
Special Attractions: Dense Joshua tree forest; Far-ranging views across Beaver Dam Wash into Nevada; Remote, lightly traveled trail along the western edge of the Beaver Dam Mountains. High-clearance vehicles are preferred, but not necessary. This trail is dirt roads, but may have rocks, grades, water crossings, or ruts that make clearance a concern in a normal passenger vehicle. The trail is fairly wide, so that passing is possible at almost any point along the trail. Mud is not a concern under normal weather conditions."
