Sevier River Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Fishing pressure is light and usually local. Private property is common along the river (respect the NO TRESPASSING signs). Access is limited to county roads that cross the river.
Fishing below the dam at Yuba is good for smallmouth bass, walleye, and perch. Night crawlers fished on the bottom could produce walleye, catfish, or perch. The perch are often suspended, so look for them in any possible water, and try night crawler pieces fished below a bobber. Channel catfish are the only species common below Leamington. The smallmouth will hit minnow-imitating lures.
Key Species: Smallmouth bass, walleye, channel catfish, and perch."
