Shingle Creek

Shingle Creek Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"In the spring Shingle Creek opens earlier than other Uinta hikes because of its relatively low elevation. Mountain bikers love this trail. On a hot summer or early fall day avoid the Utah heat and head to Shingle Creek for a leisurely dog day in the shade. During the winter months, this easy trail is a pleasant snowshoe excursion. Shingle Creek is a popular trail because it’s close in and accessible. As such, it gets busy on weekends, but even on crowded days your dog will thank you."
