Neffs Canyon

Neffs Canyon Professional Review and Guide

"This spur canyon just south of Mill Creek Canyon has led its life in the shadows of Mount Olympus, so its beauty and history are often overlooked. The steep trail ascends along one of the many canyon streams to a high aspenringed meadow surrounded by towering peaks."

This is a tough hike, so steep! There is a good amount of shade from trees along the way, which is a major plus in the summer heat. There are several trail options here, too. Definitely a work out but the amazing views are worth it.

This trail not a walk in the park. It starts out real steep. After about 1/4 mile you start up some switch-backs. Some camping available near by. The last 1/4 mile is the best part. Three-point contact needed here.
