Timber Canyon Trail

Timber Canyon Trail Professional Review and Guide

"For the first 5 miles or so, beaver dams can be seen on the river. The road passes by quite a few stands of aspen as it runs through sagebrush and willow bottoms. Special Attractions: Attractive scenery along Timber Canyon and Strawberry River and panoramic views; Great fall colors; A network of 4WD trails to explore.

High-clearance vehicles are preferred, but not necessary. This trail is dirt roads, but may have rocks, grades, water crossings, or ruts that make clearance a concern in a normal passenger vehicle. The trail is fairly wide, so that passing is possible at almost any point along the trail. Mud is not a concern under normal weather conditions."
