Starvation Reservoir Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Primitive camping is allowed at designated areas around the reservoir. Walleye fishing is best in the summer and fall. Rocky points, reefs, and weeded areas tend to hold the most fish.
Trolling bottom bouncers trailing a spinner harness tipped with worm at depths down to 40 feet is one of the best ways to find concentrations of fish. When you find them, try jigging with 2- to 3-inch curly-tail grubs or colored jig heads tipped with a night crawler.
Key Species: Walleye, brown trout, rainbow trout, smallmouth bass, and perch."
