Draper Loop Road Ride

Draper Loop Road Ride Professional Review and Guide

"Ask ten bicyclists how they ride the Draper Loop and you’ll likely get ten different answers. This core loop leaves open several options for shortening or lengthening your ride. It’s a simple ride on city streets starting at Draper City Park, linking to the Pony Express Road (Interstate 15 west frontage road), making a beeline through Sandy, and looping back to Draper.

At under 15 miles it’s a good ride for lunchtime or whenever time is short and you want to stretch your legs. You’ll find sweeping vistas of the valley early in the ride before being immersed in traffic. The last leg runs along the Wasatch foothills beneath the watchful gaze of Lone Peak."
