Rattlesnake Creek

Rattlesnake Creek Professional Review and Guide

"The trail follows the fence line—the national monument boundary—across a flat meadow, then through pine forests. It emerges on the north shoulder of the fan-shaped Cedar Breaks.

At various points just after the end of the fence, you can walk about 100 feet south for great views of the breaks and of the gnarled bristlecone pines. The trail crosses open grassland gently sloping downward. Watch for the faint trail and cairns marking the path."
