Middle Fork Trail is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Weber County, Utah. It is within Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. It is 4.6 miles long and begins at 5,866 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 8.0 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,707 feet. Near the end of the trail is a camp site.
