Sansom Park Trail Professional Review and Guide
"Rough, rocky trail dominates the first half of this hike, which winds down a bluff and along the southeastern edge of Lake Worth before circling back on a flatter route. Fossils can easily be spotted in the path’s rocky sediment."
--Joanie Sanchez, 60 Hikes within 60 Miles: Dallas/ Fort Worth (Menasha Ridge Press).
Really great trail, be ready to exert some effort! These trails wind all over and offer great views of lake worth, and there are a few parts that allow some minor rock climbing. A lot of wildlife. Highly recommend.
