Old Ore Road

Old Ore Road is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Brewster County, Texas. It is within Big Bend National Park. It is 26.6 miles long and begins at 2,065 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 53.3 miles with a total elevation gain of 4,042 feet. The Roys Peak Vista camp site and the Willow Tank (elevation 2,562 feet) reservoir can be seen along the trail. This trail connects with the following: Ernst Tinaja, La Noria Camp, Roys Peak Vista Access, Mckinney Springs Camp and Dagger Flat Road.
