This paddle trail explores numerous watery environments in a relatively short distance at Reelfoot National Wildlife Refuge. Follow an old canal to open water, before backtracking a bit to meander through a brushy wet prairie to enter a slender wooded channel, where cypress rises high. The final leg passes a little civilization before returning to the boat ramp of origin, making a shuttle unnecessary.
