"This hike near the University of Tennessee (UT) campus travels the main connector line for the Knoxville greenway system. Third Creek Greenway, Knoxville's oldest liner park trail, leaves Tyson Park and travels west along Third Creek. Swaddled in woods, making it a good summertime trek, the paved path occasionally crosses its namesake stream while traveling a few hills before turning south and making a final climb for Kingston Pike, where it connects with the Sequoyah Greenway."
