Stones River Greenway Professional Reviews and Guides
"Dont look for a springhouse on this trailit is a lost piece of history. The narrow dirt trail follows up and down through heavy woods until reaching Two Rivers Lake. Fishermen may be seen testing their skills, while turtles sun themselves on logs. Wildflowers are abundant in spring."
--Keith Stelter, Best Hikes Near Nashville (Falcon Guides).
"Murfreesboro developed the first greenway along the Stones River, but Nashville is giving them a run for their money with this scenic gem that begins just below Percy Priest Dam and runs along the Stones in a real mix of attractive settings. The trail has now been extended to Two Rivers Park near the Cumberland River."
