Murfreesboro developed the first greenway along the Stones River, but Nashville is giving them a run for their money with this scenic gem that begins just below Percy Priest Dam and runs along the Stones in a real mix of attractive settings. The trail has now been extended to Two Rivers Park near the Cumberland River.

If your an urbanite, you might like this trail. It would, however, be a good trail to take a stroll with a date on during the evening.
